This was the best decision we made in regards to my wife's funeral. From the first contact to the last David and the staff have been respectful caring and very professional. They worked very hard and fulfilled everything we requested and treat her with the dignity she deserved. At such a difficult time it was great to have amazing people on your side to help you Thank you.
Dill's did a fantastic good looking after my Grandma a few weeks ago. From collection to the service they handled everything with care, empathy and allowed us to put our personal touches on the service. Well done Dill's i would highly recommend you
Highly recommended!! AA++ Used them in the last couple weeks for dad traditional Samoa funeral and I can not comprehend the amazing job they done to ease our pain. Special thank you to Lynn Wilding for your patience and sense of direction to make things so easy. I saw a comment below about cost? You pay what you get and we got beyond! My dad deserved the best! Everything was clearly outlined before we went ahead, maybe best to go in with a few of yous when initially talking to the team at Dils? Anyways, thanks once again! Were very pleasant to deal with but quite expensive compared to another large funeral home that I wish we had used. Money is not looked at when you are under the stress of organising a funeral. It is only when you see the bill later that you realise exactly how much they charged.
Highly recommend! They made everything so easy and stress-free. The facilities are beautiful and the staff are lovely.
Dils have excellent customer service and know how to help you through a very difficult time with the minimum of fuss.
A nice environment with a peaceful feel and supportive caring friendly staff
Off the beaten track away from the hustle and bustle of Auckland most surreal.
