"Please allow 3-5 business days for your item to reach your address. We will ship items in stock immediately....." Only sent the item 3 business days AFTER date of purchase (that was the same day funds had cleared after paying by credit card online. So either they were waiting for it to clear, or they have seriously poor intra-company communication) .... to top it off, I only found out this information when I had to call their 1300 number to check my order status and they passed on the tracking details to me. First time dealing with this company and I wouldn't bother with them again. Pay the same and take your business elsewhere.

They will attempt to record your drivers liscene numbers for a simple credit card sale (iclusing on innespensive items under 100). No other legitimate buisness does this practice. Simply purchasing a product here introduces unnecessary potential fraud risk. Do not shop here.

The guy was very rude...opinionated and can make you look down just bcos if your are looking for a cheaper alternative. I almost bought the item i was looking for but that fxxing guy in his beard absolutely pissed me off with his attitude. Left the shop...would no go there again. Overpriced stooge..F off

Professional to a tee. I've been urchsding gear here for years and have never failed to be impressed with the level of service. As a full time photographer I often face stressful situations and very short notice from clients regarding events etc. I've pulled up to this crew and sometimes bought that stress with me yet each time they've calmly assessed what I've required and provided it instantly. There's a high level of trust there that I appreciate so much. It's tough running your own business, but these guys have made running mine that much easier. Cheers!

Very very awesome staff service. Friendly, and sometimes even suggests things to you base on conversations you may have with a friend about cameras. Probably my preferred place to get gear in Brisbane. Good prices too!
