Diffuser Industries was formed in 2003 with the objective of offering the electrical wholesale industry an innovative approach to both product and service within the lighting sector.

Since that time the product range has grown considerably to now service the electrical, lighting, refrigeration, display, maintenance and air conditioning industries.

I could not recommend this company high enough for customer service and value for money. Kathy in Sales was very helpful in ensuring I ordered the right replacement diffusers, given the age of my existing lights. I have never received a package that you could easily see how much care and time was put into packaging it to ensure the customer received the goods undamaged. So thank you Scott and all the team in warehouse/despatch. Thank you again to all at Diffuser Industries, other companies need to look at how you do business as they could learn so much, especially during these unprecedented times of uncertainty.
