They are down to earth and explain everything in a clear and easy to understand manor with no pressure or slimy sales tactics. They treat and value you as a person and not just a number. It’s easy to think of the bad name some people give the car industry but that was not the case here, if you want a team that’s in your corner and dedicated to excellent customer experience and getting your the best outcome look no further.nnAs someone who has had BMW’s before, I wouldn’t hesitate to come back to Mercedes-Benz Perth. I am extremely disappointed with the service team here. I booked a service and general repair through the app and received a confirmation email. However, when I brought my vehicle in, only a diagnostic check was performed—my service was never completed.nOn top of that, I was told my left indicator was broken, but the service department refused to replace it without providing a reason. Previously, my right indicator was replaced under similar circumstances, so I don't understand the inconsistency.nWhen I followed up with the technician, I was informed that my service request wasn’t on their job card. I had to reach out myself to get any information, and when I asked to speak with a manager or someone who could address my concerns, my request was completely ignored. No one followed up, no apology was given, and no effort was made to reschedule my service.nThis is not the level of service I expected from a dealership where I have been a loyal customer. Poor communication, lack of accountability, and zero effort to resolve the issue. If you're looking for reliable service and customer care, I suggest looking elsewhere.
