Very poor customer service when something goes wrong. The customer is not always right with them, be careful.

Absolutely disgusted that 3 years after purchasing my first bonded leather lounge that I am now having to replace it.
I am particularly ticked off with Elmers because they said NOTHING about how deplorable this material is, disintegrating well before the structure of the lounge's end of life.
I've been lounge shopping for a few weeks now, and every salesperson to date has steered me away from purchasing bonded leather, advising it falls apart in a couple years, and is just a waste of money.
