My wife Louzet and I have been patients of one of the Centres doctors, Dr. Ana Seat since 2023.nWe are relatively healthy folk but we are monitored By Dr. Ana with regular 6 monthly blood tests and Scans/ X-Rays if called for Louzet has a herniated back disc is is awaiting examination by a Specialist. We cannot speak highly enough of the care and attention given us by Dr. Ana and the professional and friendly service by staff of Dianella Family Medical Centre.
Dianella Medical Centre staff are courteous and professional. I have been attending this practice for well over 40 years and have never had anything to complain about. Dr. Aru Moodley is my favourite M.D.
I’ve been going here for YEARS, and my experience with the receptionists was AWFUL, the most rude and bitchy people I have ever encountered, I am never rude to workers because I know how it is but wow the audacity these receptionists have, clearly their parents did NOT raise them correctly.nnThis seems to be an ongoing issue, yet no change so what does that say? The reception staff will disrespect you, interrupt, speak over, dismiss and laugh about it amongst each other, they're completely unprofessional and immature.nnThe manager is just as worse, defending their actions, not listening, talking over, raising her voice and overall, extremely rude, then proceeding to threaten legal action over a bad review, which is actually funny to think about because she clearly has no idea what she's talking about, I wonder how many other bad reviews got deleted over this intimidation tactic though?nnStill waiting for that ‘legal team’ to contact me btw lmao.nnI've already spoken to the ministerial office about this, so good luck!nn// REPLY TO DFMCnnThank you for replying back after many days, considering you seen this 5 minutes after I posted it, did you get enough time to spin the entire narrative?nnHow can you say that you “take all feedback seriously” when my truthful review was met with a threat of legal action multiple times. Since you disagree with my characterisation of your staff, do you also disagree with the other 40 reviews relaying the exact same characterisation? Your responses are consistently making up excuses and deflecting accountability, already proving the unprofessionalism in my review.nnThank you for clarifying that I have in fact been here for years, and yet not a single problem has transpired, doesn’t this tell you that I’m not an abusive or confrontational person? It’s clear that the mutual respect you reference was not present on your end and I will not tolerate disrespect.nnI respectfully disagree with everything you say that you value as a business .
Dr S Banerjee is a very understanding and kind helpful,nalways has time pay attention to my question/request/needs.nHad recommended family/friends to this Clinicnno complaints.
Have been going here for the last 3 years and unfortunately going to have to find another practice. Not as professional or comprehensive as I would expect from a medical centre, not too mention quite expensive.
