wost experience and worst customer service ever! took my sisters wedding dress in and went it was time to pick up there black lines over it and stains all over the dress! when i advised them those stains and marks were not there, owners were so rude! they both got so defensive and told me that we had brought the dress in that way! they told us that they do not put stains on clothing and that we had stains over it before we brought it in. disgraceful customer service! the male owner started yelling at us and told us he couldnt guarantee he could remove those marks and stains. he disrespected my mum by saying he couldnt understand a word she was saying and was calling us liars. he finally agreed to put the dress through the cleaning process again but yelled at us telling us he didnt not want us to wait in his shop! disrespectful, rude and arrogant is what best describes him. all he did was shift the blame and no empathy was shown at any stage! never ever would i recommend this business to anybody!

Absolutely shocking service. They were nice to begin with.. BUT.. I dropped off my wedding dress at the beginning of June 2017 and each month I was ringing to see if the dress was ready as it was way passed the timeframe they said it would take. I was told they ran out of boxes and are awaiting them any day now. I rang again on the 9th of November ... almost 5 months later and they said “oh yes it’s ready”.... I explained my frustration that NO ONE bothered to call me. The man I spoke to didn’t ever bother to apologise and kept making excuses like “sorry we are very busy”. Not good enough! I wanted to take professional photos of my newborn on my wedding dress and could not because this place let me down. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Really nice people, great customer service, always go there as it is quick turnaround and they do a great job.

Owners are rude, arrogant and extremely unhelpful. Do not take anything there. A toddler could do a better job.
