Went for a normal manicure, the lady rushed everything even the way she was chopping off my nails felt like she trained at dog groomers. She cut atleast two of my fingers and then only said sorry. She said I need to sit somewhere else to dry my nails and while taking my things there, she ruined one of my nails and instead of redoing it, she just applied another layer of top coat. I complained at cashier and they said I'll only pay 20 instead of 25. Horrible. Don't do it. I don't know how they are in business tbh. Terrible coating. Terrible cleaning. My friend was there for manicure and told the lady she didn't like it and she didn't do anything. She removed her polish when she reached home.
I can see why this place has such a low rating. If I could do 0 stars, I would. I came here with my sister for the first & last time yesterday and left with the ugliest set of nails. First, the nail tech thought her opinion mattered and refused to give me the length and style that I asked for, then tried to over charge and was extremely rude, talking smack with her colleagues, and not only that - she was very aggressive with how she handled my nails, almost as if she was letting her frustration out on me. No work ethic, no mannerisms - not a place I would recommend. After we left, my sisters nail snapped within in minutes of leaving but we were so upset and turned off we didn’t even want to get it fixed. The lady I had I believe was the owner, she was talking to me so nicely. They were all so kind and make sure that your okay and if you wanted anything more. They are the best nail salon that I have ever been to. I recommend people to go thereService: Nail designs
I came here on the 23rd of December at 9.15 am it was busy I was told to come back in 15 minutes, I was fine with that I told them I would be back in 15 to 20 minutes. I returned back I had 3 children with me, after sitting there for almost an hr I asked politely how much longer it would be as my kids were getting very restless, with that the owner I think started slamming things and speaking in Vietnamese in an aggressive tone and came to me and started my nails. She was ignoring me as I tried to bring a conversation to her . She also was filing the sides of my fingers in her rage. She left me with uneven nails and they were looking so ugly shaped and thick. I found asking her for anything extra was something she was just not happy with doing. She also charged me 90 dollars which I think was way to much. I ended getting them removed on boxing day as I couldn't bare to look at them anymore they were very ugly. The nail tech that removed them said it looked like whoever done them must have only started Learning to do them. I wish I had read all these reviews I would never ever had stepped foot in this place. I may have got ripped of but I will never be back in this horrible place again.Service: Acrylic nails
I’m very surprised with the amount of negative reviews for this place I thought it was excellent. This was my first time going and im an extremely nervous person especially when getting my nails done, however my technician was very welcoming and made me feel comfortable to speak up about what I wanted a first for me . She took a lot of time and effort to do my nails, even applying extra glue which I had never seen before and I think they turned out lovely. The worst nail salon I've ever been to. NEVER GOING BACK THERE EVER AGAIN. - The lady that did my nail made it look so ugly, I wanted a simple design on my nails but she made it look the complete opposite of how I wanted it to be. - Service was so passive aggressive; I explained to her clearly about what I wanted but she kept questioning my opinion to make me agree with her idea - She kept shaving the sides of my nails that it literally burnt the side of my skin and BLED. Didn't even apologise and doesn't even care about my own health. I can't even touch things with my fingers properly without the sense of a burning sensation - Didn't even moisturise or tell me to go wash my hands instead just powdered my hand with a used brush - Salon was so unsanitary and literally the worst with hygiene - The ladies kept scoffing and mumbling to each other in Vietnamese after I gave my opinion. It honestly reflects their business being so shady and it made me feel so intimated - The lady was so "confident" that she could achieve such a simple design but gave me a nail design that a little 12 year old girl could do. Lost in hope and the worst - Didn't even clean the nail polish stains on my hand properly - They shaved my nail so hard that I thought my nails was going to fall off Honestly, if they had listened to their customers, be more honest, wasn't passive aggressive and made sure they practiced hygiene properly they would've been better. If I were you I'd be smart enough to spend my money to a different salon. The salon may look nice but looks may be decieving. PERIOD.Services: Acrylic nails
I absolutely love coming to this nail salon because they make your nails look amazing! Zumi is very talented and skilled, she knows how to pick the correct nail polish color to compliment your skin tone and she always makes sure you leave the salon feeling happy and satisfied!
