Thank you Doug and Sam for providing high standard dental care for me, and you treated your patient nicely. However, the way how one of the Receptionist girls communicated with the patient cannot meet that high standards at all. As a professional receptionist, dealing with unexpected situation is normal, you should be prepared and talk to the customer respectfully, try to put yourself in their shoes, not kept questioning them using a unfriendly and weird tone. The patient is not paying money to hear that. Don't say those are all policies, have you ever mentioned those policies to your patient/customer? No, not from day one, not from any communications thereafter. An outstanding and popular dental service not only relies on the professional dental skills provided, but also comes from caring and friendly reception team! It takes years to build a high reputation. By the way, thank you Anita for being so nice and professional to clarify all fee questions to me.

I can honestly say this is the best dental practice I've ever been to. The staff are really friendly, and Doug was very understanding of irrational nerves i.e. mine! He was very thorough and also took the time to explain everything in a way I could understand which helps a lot. I would (and have) highly recommend Diamond Dental to anyone.

Diamond Dental are fantastic! My 3 Kids were treated with the absolute best care when they attend there 'Doug' was brilliant and I can not recommend him highly enough. We travelled 3 hrs to go to this Dentist and we will continue to travel to go there as well as all our family. To Doug and all the staff at Diamond Dental I thank you for making my children's trip to the dentist enjoyable. Mary-Ann , Ella, Lucy and Jack .

I had all four wisdom teeth out under sedation with Dr Tarek in the practice a few months ago and I felt so safe and comfortable. I went back and saw Dr Doug for a check up and got to see a whole new perspective of how important it is to have good Oral hygiene, i was shown how to correct what i was doing wrong and was set up a personalized treatment plan to help get my teeth back on track. The pricing was also great compared to past experiences with another practice!
