Tbh Devour Cafe used to be one of my favourite spots, so I was really looking forward to coming back after over a year.nnUnfortunately, it just wasn’t the same this time. The coffee and most of the food didn’t hit the mark. The burger was quite disappointing; dry, bitter, and honestly a bit boring not sure if it was the sauce or the overall combo. My mushroom toastie was also dry and lacked flavour.nn$18 for a toastie and $22 for a burger, it just didn’t feel worth it at all.nnThe only things we actually enjoyed were the chips and the chai latte.nnNot sure if it was just an off day, but definitely not the experience I used to love here.
This is one of my favorite breakfast spots in Mile End! The spicy sausage muffin is the best breakfast sandwich I’ve had anywhere since moving to Australia. You get a full one, unlike my picture, I just couldn’t help but dig in before I remembered to take a pic. So good! Great local coffee. Great atmosphere. Love this place. If you’re in the neighborhood, stop by.
Absolutely outstanding experience at Devour Café Patisserie. From the moment we arrived, the owner went out of her way to make us feel genuinely welcome, and that personal touch made all the difference. The food was simply amazing — beautifully presented and full of flavour. We honestly felt like royalty the entire time. Highly recommended, and we’ll definitely be back.
Staff are super friendly and cheerful as soon as you walk in the door. The matcha latte was delicious and the flat white was delightful.nnThe food was 10 stars! The chicken bao buns were excellent balance of flavours and not too sweet. The chicken was crispy and full of flavour. The steak sandwich was huge and had a well balanced of all ingredients. It is not for the faint of heart.nnPlenty of street parking near by. We came for brunch on a Thursday.nnYou are missing out if you do not visit this Cafe.
Had a lovely breakfast here on our last holiday day!nSpent some time the night before comparing cafes in the area to find the best option for brekkie and would say I made an excellent choice.nWe both enjoyed our eggs Benni a lot. I very much loved the cute flower plates, added a lot of character compared to your usual plain plates! nIt was very busy during our visit, this place is obviously much loved by locals for a reason!nHighly recommend
