Staff were friendly, owner was great. I got a humidor about 8 or so months ago which wasn't holding humidity. Sent them and email and the owner called and talked me through how we can fix it, we determined it was the hydrometer so they sent out a digital one free of charge. Exceptional service. Would highly recommend.
Great place, all employees know their cigars and are very helpful with any purchase. Very pricey but great quality comes with a price. Thumbs up from me

This was a meh experience. Nowhere near as satisfying as Alexander’s in Melbourne/Toorak given the constraints tobacco merchants operate under in this country. The selection in the humidor was good, representative if a little light on Connecticut wrapper alternatives. Dinged one star for the display. The humidor was a dark and crowded little place, nothing refined about it or the shopping experience. I am used to being dogged like a criminal in cigar shops here, give each stick’s relative value, but the better establishments usually manage to foster a more engaging patter to distract from the “you are being watched” atmosphere. Finally, I would say I felt nowhere near the welcome it seemed the locals were getting. That is the mark of a truly great shopping experience, when the visitor who may not return for a decade is treated as well as someone coming in on a weekly basis. I have visited three “finer” cigar establishments in this country, rare as they are. This one ranks in the middle.
I just want to say this guys will have me for life LOL. I usually buy cigars from them,great quality cigars every time. This week I did order my usual 2 cigars but i received a 5 cigar sample pack,so i did call them and let them know of the error. I did receive a call from them soon after and they say to keep them for being an honest costumer : Its much appreciated considering the price here in Australia its crazy! due to tax. Thx Devlin's for being such a good retailer.

Your website is not accurate with your store hours. You said you were open today and after driving half an hour to find your were closed was frustrating.
The only cigar shop with a humidor on the west coast? Stock's Cuban & Nicaraguan cigarsNot the greatest selection but this is WA Very helpful staff
