I really loved this place. The ambiance was nice, the food was also delicious, and the service was very quick too. I would highly recommend this place if you are a dessert lover or If you are looking for a great restaurant for your first date.
Wide selection of dim sum options. Pretty standard in a good way with comparables in the Richmond Hill/Markham area in terms of quality and price. Only let down was the bubble tea. Very watery and when we told the server they said that's the way it is. Much better options at real bubble tea shops.
Recently learned that Destiny does dim sum now, so I had to check it out. The inside is very spacious and nicely decorated, came here on a weekday at 2 PM ish and it was half-empty, one benefit of this place is that you won't have to wait for a table. However, the tables themselves were very small and awkward, a function of Destiny traditionally catering more for light apps, desserts, and drinks than full meals. The dim sum itself was pretty good, portions are a bit small but quality is high. I particularly liked their fried rice noodles with satay beef, they fried the noodles almost into ""buns"" on top of the satay beef so they wouldn't get soggy. Service was pretty standard. All in all worth checking out.
Use to be a bubble tea place, menu full of bubble tea and various types of drinks. That's been reduced now, focus shift to restaurant dinner meal foods. Still good, tasty foods but just be aware the drink menu is not like before pandemic times.
We just visiting the Destiny Aaian Fusion restaurant for the first time with our friend. Really enjoy the food, drinks all first class. We also enjoy the atmosphere and last but not least very satisfied with the service from the server who are all very friendly. For sure we will visit again in the near future.
Food and the quality was mediocre and overpriced. Service was not that great. The menu and whole atmosphere of the restaurant has completely changed compared to before.
The food was delightful. Staff are friendly. The food came out pretty quickly. We devoured everything on the plate. The venue itself was beutiful with super high ceilings. Oh and the manho tea drink was amazing.
Came here for lunch. Atmosphere is nice and feels high-class, but very little sound absorbing materials were used so it can get quite loud. No padding on booth chairs. The food was disappointing. I had the hoinan chicken rice, and it was just regular chicken with white rice. Dim sum is also ordinary quality/quantity but they charge higher prices. There are better options in Richmond Hill.
Random find after a nice day out. Food was good, came quick and served sorry hot. Bright and lively environment. We went late 1030pm so the menu was limited but it seems there was a lot of options overall.
Fun Asian diner/dessert/bubble tea place with an expansive menu. They have lots of great classics like HK toast, dim sum, fried chicken, slushees, etc. You're almost guaranteed to find something that suits your tastes. It's not the cheapest, but it's a nice splurge!
