We have just purchased a Kelvin Giormani sofa from Initial Design in Bundall . We won't know if our judgement of the quality is valid for a few years but our research makes us believe it to be of a high standard. However we were very impressed by the help we got from Tegan at Initial. She is a highly qualified interior designer and she used those skills and experience to help us. Nothing was too much trouble as we made our purchase with 3 visits over 3 days we are a bit cautious. Shopping for a long term purchase like leather furniture can be a minefield. We are very happy with the help Tegan gave us. We couldn't recommend Tegan and Initial more highly.

Tegan at the Gold Coast shop was most helpful in assisting us with our choices of furniture. Nothing was too much trouble for her and we really valued her experience and knowledge.

Excellent customer service. Prompt and helpful response to request for a spare part. Very impressed!
