I enlisted Design By U to create various pieces of furniture for our new residence. Peter was extremely helpful in facilitating the design process. His extensive knowledge of furniture design was invaluable. He clearly articulated alternative viewpoints and ideas to create the best outcome for our home. More than that, Peter was mindful to showcase previous examples of work, the quality of his materials, ideal wood grain patterns and thoroughly explained the manufacturing process for our peace of mind. Our furniture is regularly the topic of conversation and admiration, and representative of purchases from the high end furniture retailers that demand several thousand dollars more. A great design is only as good as the furniture maker. Peter's craftsmanship must be seen to be appreciated. If "fit and finish" are important aspects of your piece, then you owe it to yourself to consider Design By U when you consider your next furniture acquisition.

Just ordered and bought a lovely dining table from Design by U. The personal service I received from Peter was very professional. The whole process from design to final delivery was seamless. It was great to be able to sit down with someone and talk through my ideas. I was provided with design solutions that were not only stylish but practical. I knew from my initial consult that I was going to get exactly what I wanted. The final result is perfect. I love it!
