Useless people, Please dont give with them. Especially if you dealing with Raman or Gagan, dont even have conversation with them. These guys are more than cheaters. Never call them for any quotes.  These type of travel agents should be banned.

Earlier customer service was really nice 👍 but due to some reason i had to change my ticket date .... literally wasted so much of days i wish I could hv cancelled it and taken from some other travel agent ... Statements are changed earlier same ticket was hvng 6-7 hrs stay then suddenly  changed to 10 hrs if you say yes i can think of this ticket they say to make down payment at the spot plus earlier i was told refund would be deducted by 250$ Then refund was changed to 350$ ....seriously disappointed... recommended to friends but now I won’t...

Very bad experience. It costed me extra $190. I had told them multiple times that I wanted to go overseas for only 2 weeks. Considering they noted it down & understood my requirement I gave OK in my return email only to find out from my e ticket that my return was booked 4 weeks later than the date I actually wanted. They totally disregarded the fact that I had told their 2 staff more than a dozen time that I only wanted to leave for 2 weeks. Once a customer asks a price then they start to bombard him with phone calls to make a quick decision otherwise he will loose the booking & price. In a hurry I overlooked the incorrect booking while working myself & ended up paying the price. However now, not only they lost me as future customer but 5 more tickets I was gonna buy for my family.

Never buy ticket with this dozzy agent. you will get rip off
and stay away from them not worth it. They will block your ticket you can;t change or any other agent can change at all.
