Nice, small gym that I'm not fighting other people for equipment and can come in and get my workout done. Nice variety in machines and friendly staff. I hope future plans are considered for this gym. Lena is very welcoming and good to have a chat!
Love the local gym, lovely staff the main best one is lena deserves a pay rise always greeting me with a joyful smile and a farewell : ,miss the discounted meals wish they could bring them back and wouldn't mind some new attachments such as the Medium grip lat pulldown attachment. Overall great gym wouldn't mind an expansion to make it even bigger and better!

i got to experience this gym at its busiest time but it was well worth it because i had the assistance from the manager who had helped me figure out my way through out the time i was there. staff were amazing to me and the community there was nice. its a w environment to be in and id recommend this gym over the ones I’ve previously been too :
Many equipments are out of order, not from few days but few months. Definitely needs to fix it. I wait for 45 min to use one equipment. Very disappointed
