Signed up under the label “Derrimut 24:7 Gym” only to rock up 6am Sunday to find out they’re only open 8am-5pm on the weekend. You can’t call it a 24:7 gym if you have select opening hours. When the gyms open it’s fine to use never found it to be too bad in any other factor, but saying your a 24:7 gym franchise and then having selected opening hours is literally false advertising.
I was a regular visitor to this gym for several months and initially quite happy with my experience. I chose this location primarily due to its convenient proximity to other amenities, its affordable pricing, and especially its advertised 24/7 opening hours, which were crucial for my schedule. The staff members have always been incredibly friendly and helpful.nnHowever, I've become increasingly frustrated with the ongoing changes to the opening hours. I was initially informed that a 'system update' would lead to a temporary alteration for about a month. Unfortunately, it has now been well over three months with no return to the original hours. While the new hours might just fit into my schedule, the fact that I signed a one-year contract for a gym explicitly branded as '24/7' feels genuinely misleading given the current situation. This significant deviation from what was promised is quite disappointing.

I’m afraid I need to revise my review. Since joining this gym a few years ago, many aspects have changed for the worse, and even a two-star rating may be overly generous. It is disappointing to see the direction the gym has taken.
Main room gets very hot even on mild days. Fans are out of reach for adjustment and only 2/4 were turned on at all. There is no standard metal non-rubber coated calisthenics setup for pull-ups etc, nor is there a seated overhead press station.
