Filthy gym toilets are not getting cleaned until 10am now. The odour in all toilets takes your breath away. So with previous nights enormous amount of patrons through toilets they aren’t cleaned or monitored from 7pm. New manager has changed the cleaning & recently reduced the cleaning hours now it’s even worse than ever. Funny how toilets don’t get cleaned till 10am but two cleaners were on in the morning laughing and chatting together dusting the same pieces of equipment ‍‍ How does that work! Maybe seperate them and get the toilets done. Is anyone going to check the quality of the cleaning? Or do you just assume it’s been done to standard? I’ve seen them use water to clean the toilets and the same cleaning cloth went from toilet seat to hand wash taps nMight be time for the health department to step in.nBTW disinfectant spray bottles not long ago were filled with bleach to wipe down the equipment. ‍nWork safe might need to revisit again as seen in the photo, cleaner is cleaning the shower with Nivea, water & bicarb soda & bringing their own cleaners in rather than use products supplied by Derrimut Gym Coolaroo. You can smell the men’s change area in the cardio / weight area, can this be addressed?
Amazing experience ! And so happy with the gym, soooo big, there's so many classes for women, there's a gym room special for women. And the most important thing that I'm also very happy about... There's a sauna too
Good gym. Alot of equipment and space.nA few cons being alot of the dumbbells have no weight amount on them, the rubbers are broken off. Bare metal.nThe toilets are always filthy, urine smell throughout. Mould in the showers. Doors missing from the lockers.nOnly one waterstation, they need one on the actual main floor. Its currently inna different room next to the *clean* toilets.
It has come to my attention that several gym equipments are broken, and the staff's follow-up on these issues is lacking. Additionally, the cleanliness of the gym, especially the women's section, leaves much to be desired. The floors are consistently dirty, and there is a persistent unpleasant odor. I suggest implementing measures such as using fans or air fresheners to address these issues. I hope that these concerns can be addressed promptly to improve the overall experience for all gym members.
The women section gym smells so bad. It can be off-putting and distracting when you're trying to focus on your workout. This unpleasant odour can make the gym experience less enjoyable for everyone. One simple solution to combat the unpleasant odours in the women section gym is to encourage everyone to carry deodorant. A sign should be posted in the women section reminding people to use deodorant before their workout. By using deodorant, you can help minimize the impact of body odour and create a more pleasant environment for everyone at the gym. Having a ventilator turned on all the time can help circulate the air and prevent the build-up of odours. Which will be so great!
