I ordered 2 orders of oven baked chicken wings, but only 1 order has arrived. I rang Dernancourt Pizza, they apologized for not reading my order properly then they took my address and phone number and promised to deliver said missed order. 1.5 hours later it still hasn't arrived, I ring them again and no one is picking up. We have ordered from this place so many times because we love their food. We almost always order 2 family or party-sized pizzas with the wings but this is such bad costumer service and I'm very disappointed for the lack of action. I may have to look for another local pizza place.
Absolutely terrible. Have gotten pizza here for last 12 years. Seems like new management and now terrible pizzas. Also, the girl serving/receiving calls cannot understand/speak english properly. Lost my business.
It seems this pizza bar has gone under new ownership and sadly they can't make pizza. Greasy base and toppings lacking fresh home made flavour. It's not what it used to be.
Not bad food for the price, there's better around. Wasn't very warm when I picked it up and was a little soggy, I was a few minutes earlier than the pickup time they requested but spent a good 10 minutes waiting in the store while no staff were manning the desk, may have had something to do with it.
Worst pizza ever! Not a fussy eater and will pretty much eat anything put in front of me, I couldn't eat the one bite I took! If there was an option there would be no star given :
Great pizzas at a great price. Also top notch customer service, they mismaid one of our pizzas, remaid it and gave us both of them.

It's a pizza place under new management. Okay pizzas, okay prices. Pizza not cooked or prepared in view of customer.
New owners have just moved in and the food is incredible! I highly recommend their pizza and garlic bread.
If you're gonna sell it as pizza you'd better use real cheese. Let me know when you do and you might get my business again. Disgusting.
