I used to go to dermotique skin and laser abit when i was younger, i wish i saw the red flags than. I got a dual yellow laser treatment done, and she held it on this little scar i had on my cheeck for too long, and left a deeper scar than the previous one, it looks like a chicken pox scar. When i used to go their, i kinda felt she was rushing me and just wanted my money, i spent so much money their, i regret it. There is more, but i won't go on to much as i have proven my point. I understand we are imperfect and all make mistakes, but i do feel a little taken advantage off.

Very pleasant and knowledgeable staff. My go to place for facials. Have noticed such a difference in my skin and get compliments a lot on it. Highly recommend.

Absolutely fantastic and thoroughly enjoyable :-D
I have been into the clinic many times and have found the staff to be really lovely and the establishment most classy.
They have always ensured my needs are catered for and are always willing to pass a smile and a word. The girls at Dermotique are very professional and friendly in their work and has really made it the only place I feel comfortable having my treatments.
I highly recommend taking the time to have a consultation and see for yourself, I am sure you'll enjoy it as much as I do, hope to see you there!

today I went Dermotique to get some information and price on hair removal, the reception girl was not warm and welcoming at all, as soon as I wanted to ask my question she said $55 for 50 minutes consultation! I asked for a price but she mentioned its included in the consultation!!! well I don't care if its 50 minutes consultation or a 50 hour consultation and I don't care if it can be redeemed on the first session, I asked 2 simple questions that require 2 simple answers! please stop selling consultation and start selling your service like else where, I was going to actually book my appointment but I felt so bad after my experience with Dermotique, I don't think i will go back or recommend Dermotique to anyone else, disappointed really!
