Awful telephone call experience with the receptionist when I attempted to schedule a consultation and Mohs surgery for a biopsy proven basal cell carcinoma. The person I spoke to was impatient, rude, obstructive and obnoxious. If the doctors choose to employ such a person then it's a very poor reflection of their practice. After this dreadful encounter I will have my surgery performed elsewhere. I suggest you avoid this practice until the attitude of the reception staff improves drastically!
I am not able to provide feedback regarding the doctor that I was referred to as the receptionist would not book me in without seeing my referral letter which I emailed through twice I was told they could not open the file the first time. It has been nearly 2 weeks and I still have not heard back. I have since received a referral for another clinic.
They cancelled my appointment for being 10mins late. Dr Lauren Young refused to see me even though I was 2 mins away from the clinic. A total of 12mins late. The receptionist then told me that she could fit me in for a very brief appointment. At the same cost of a full initial consultation. My partner went last week and waited 40mins at the same doctors. Check yourself guys! Don't treat people like cattle. They are just money grabbing cowboys. You can call me for an apology.
Dr. Lauren Young was amazing and I was really happy with my experience. Dr Young was very professional, friendly and lovely. Also, didn't have to wait for my appointment. Fully recommend Dr. Young!!
I recently saw Dr Quinn who understand my concerns, did a terrific job treating my spots around the eyes. He followed up my results over the phone a few days later.
