I did my open class motorcycle test a few weeks back with Mark assessor. Tests can be a nervous racking at time, but Mark made me feel relaxed. I passed but it felt like Mark wasn't looking for reasons to fail me. All in all it was a positive experience, and Mark was an ambassador for his service
I was cared for by Scott, who I must say was the most friendly helpful government offical I have encountered for a long time.nI know they are incredibly busy, yet he was patient and friendly the whole time I was there. Most refreshing indeed.
I have lived in Sydney and Brisbane and the customer service is 100% better than Mandurah’s. Iam very sick and was forced to get another ticket after having already waited a long time the first time because I forgot to fill out one thing on the form then as the second wait was taking so long I had to cancel my doctors appointment. As I was on the phone for my doctors appointment to postpone it they called my ticket and I missed it. They then made me get another ticket! Not helpful at all and not empathetic to someone so sick. Go anywhere else.
Very clear the driving instructors here specifically look for small things to fail you on. Partner failed a driving test for not “touching the steering wheel” after every single gear change. When we questioned them she goes I get it I don’t do it. So how the Ffff Can you fail someone for it Also has the worst pass rate in the country. if you want to pass your test avoid this centre because statistically you won’t pass, has nothing to do with saftey. I bet this centre pulls in the most revenue
The staff are very nice and helpful. Nothing seemed to hard for them. I have been there many times. Wait times are tolerable.
