Friendly and professional service. I visited for my NDIS Worker Screening application around 12 pm on a weekday and only waited about 10 minutes. I’ve read numerous complaints about Dorothy’s rude behaviour with learner’s who do their PDA. I had an unpleasant experience as well. But is there any point in writing this review? They are going to keep her anyway and not like she has gotten any polite after all these complaints. All the best to anyone who gets her as the PDA assessor! She makes learners feel 10x more nervous. I failed my first PDA. I don’t mind that I failed, I would’ve gotten more lessons and just tried again, but the way I was told that I failed made me feel like a loser and lose all the confidence I had. I practiced a bit more, passed my PDA and got my license… Ron was my assessor then. He sat there in the car like he didn’t exist. That made me comfortable and so I didn’t make mistakes, just followed his instructions and that was it. Super easy.nWish someone could have a chat with Dorothy about this so she doesn’t make people uncomfortable during PDAs. The other staff are cool.
Great experience at the Bunbury Department of Transport. Mel was extremely helpful, friendly, and efficient, and made the whole process quick and easy. Really appreciated her professionalism and clear explanations. Excellent customer service.
