I went through the whole process of getting my driver’s license there, all the attendants were always very nice and precise, no long lines or annoying bureaucracy. Also, my driver’s text examiner, Kim, was amazing, calm and direct giving the instructions, after my test gave me a feedback and instructions to help me improve in driving.
Today I couldn’t believe the prompt and very courteous service I received.nI unfortunately do not recall names of the staff that served me but I was in & out within 15 minutes.nI was there to register a caravan I’d just purchased that was unregistered for around 8 years.nNo doubt the best & most efficient service I’ve ever received at any Qld tmr location.nHats off to your team
Need clearer information before arrival to save time regarding needed documents
Waited in line behind 2 people for 10 minutes. Was then given a ticket, i asked what the wait time was going to be, and was told 45 minutes.... to hand back number plates..nnAdditionally the place stinks. Service your air con or use air freshener.
Besides being way over governed, systems could be better set up to be helpful rather than simply aimed at gouging the mighty dollar.nHad a lovely rep try and sort things for me and then the next rep went above and beyond to make sure that couldn't happen.nSome people are not suited to customer service.
