Karmy came to our practice to fix our autoclave and he was absolutely amazing. Very friendly and kind. It just needed a fuse replacement, he took the time to show us if this happened again what we can do, which is very helpful especially when our dental practice is busy and need the autoclave. Especially when Technicians are not always able to come to us straight away. Thank you again we appreciate it
DJ was great very friendly and quick! He fixed our problem and made sure to educate us on how to maintain the equipment including what’s best for the chair as it’s so new, what signs to look for when the chair needs simple maintenance and what tools to use.
Have been dealing with Paul from the small equipments team and he helped sort out an issue with autoclave printer. Was very friendly and provided excellent service. Highly recommended.
DJ was absolutely awesome in helping fix our autoclave, leading into the busy Christmas period. DJ also was able to fix a suction hose whilst on the job too!! Absolute awesome job!!!

Thank you to Kormy from the Dentsply Sirona service centre - Kormy worked meticulously all day to repair and service my C2 treatment centre - highly recommend him for his diligence in ensuring all work was completed thoroughly the same day and my chair was working again!!
