So I went there on Monday 5:00 PM with my daughter because we had an appointment at 6:00 PM we booked via healthengine. When we reached there they told us at the very last moment that they have turned off the machine and they close at 5:30. They rebooked us for Wednesday at 1:00 PM, we accepted it. Now on Wednesday my daughter was not feeling well so I called them around 12:40 to reschedule the appointment but there was a very rude guy on the phone; THE MEANEST EVER!! He told me that he can't reschedule it because we will loose a patient because of me. Now instead of understanding me that BECAUSE OF THEM, last time we were not able to see the dentist just because they turned the machine off at the nick of time and we had to go back eventhough we had booked an appointment with THEM! This guy was yelling at me and hung up the phone on me. Now I don't know his name but I will tell you in case the management of this clinic is reading; I called on Wednesday 7 March, 2018 at 12:40 PM so if you could maybe check the schedule and find out who he was and teach him some manners. This was the WORST experience of my life thanks to this mean guy over the phone.

I've always been a nightmare with the thought of going to the dentist. I've had very bad pain for probably a year but to scared to visit a dentist. But it got unbearable so I book into Bundoora then Cancelled the visit made another and actually finally went. My Dentist was a female dr Hannah Dolby absolute legend she was so amazing talked me though every step. I felt so comfortable with her. I had 2 extractions one was a wisdom tooth. I now will change from my long time dentist of 12 years. Dr Dolby will definitely be my on going dentist now. Thank you Hannah from Bundoora dental. A+

I visited the Bundoora Family Dental clinic and I am extremely happy with the treatments I received yesterday. Great Dentist, lovely staff and clinic. The prices very reasonable compared to my previous dentist. So I highly recommend this clinic if you are after dental needs.

I booked an urgent appointment and was really happy with my experience. all the staff were super helpful ad friendly. I highly recommend Bundoora Family Dental Clinic!
