Dentalspa is a fantastic dental space. Service has always been super friendly. Staff are knowledgeable and welcoming. I’d highly recommend Dr Shammi for cosmetic dentistry, he completed two veneers for me. His general approach is comforting and he explains every step of the process. Really happy with the result!

My young children see Kim and she is fantastic! They love their visits and are very comfortable when receiving dental care. I have found all staff to be extremely welcoming and friendly. I especially like the considerations of reception staff when rebooking appointments and calling out school holidays and availability of after school appointments.

I have used quite a few dentists over the years as I have lived in multiple states, but I can say that Dr Shammi and the whole team at Dentalspa have been the best. They are always flexible, keen to understand my requirements and provide great treatment options from a standard check-up to more recent major dental work. You won’t go wrong visiting them!

If you’re looking for dental service with comfort, ease, great work and amazing service make an appointment at Dental Spa Geelong, VIC. They’re always working around my schedule when needed, I’ve moved to another state and travel back for my appointments. For me, the dentist has never been an easy task, I’ve had a bit of trauma with dentists. Dental spa has made it a breeze! Ashley, Matthew and the staff are bloody legends and make it an enjoyable visit. Thanks DS team!

The first stage of my implant was seamless. No pain during or after and no bleeding. The dentist was clear with what was happening all the way through and the dental nurse was an expert at suction. Instructions for after care were patient and thorough. I couldn't imagine better service.

I had the WORST experience with Dr Ming Chin. He built up a composite tooth for me but didn't do a good job or polish it properly to make it resemble a tooth at all with good aesthetics and smooth surface. It looked like a tacky matte wad of material that was the wrong colour to my other teeth. When I returned to complain he made fun of all of my other teeth and pointed out all my imperfections e.g. chips and positioning saying basically because my teeth are not perfect in his eyes therefore I should not complain about his poor work. Keep in mind I have all my teeth. He just didn't approve of their imperfections! After being so awful to me and bullying me for my teeth I cried and said that I am asking for a refund so I can have the work fixed by another dentist. Instead, Ming decided to 'fix' it himself. I was so upset by how he spoke to me about one of my biggest insecurities that I had tears in my eyes the whole time. Again he did a poor job on it and it was not smooth nor did it resemble a tooth. People at work thought it looked like a grey rough pebble. I ended up seeing a MUCH kinder dentist in Geelong West to fix the tooth for me. She couldn't believe how bad the composite tooth looked that he did. The new dentist did a great job changing the shape making it look natural and smoothed out. I would never, ever see Dr Ming Chen again and I hope he never speaks to anyone else like this again.

My name is Nate & I have only ever been to DentalSpa. I always see Maritza. I have Down Syndrome & Maritza always explains to me what she is about to do.  She is always happy & smiling & no question is left unanswered.  The practice is clean & bright & doesn't smell!!  I love going to DentalSpa & can't wait to go to each appointment.

I have been with dental spa since 2013 across medibank and then bupa insurance cover. under private health I have been able to access no gap 6 monthly dental check ups and cleans, and annual no gap sports custom mouthguards. service is very friendly and they are always able to answer my questions with complimentary orthodontic consultations if/when required beyond dental nurse assistance. would absolutely recommend 10/10 and very easy to access from Geelong CBD during work hours.

Always found dental spa to be professional and helpful.   Attractive and calming setting reduces nerves.  Whole family being going for years.  Friendly staff
