I was always nervous about going to the dentist but DrJess puts me at ease, explains things thoroughly and helps me to feel relaxed. She has built a really wonderful surgery and her team is fantastic. My children look forward to going to see Angela for their check ups too! Highly recommend!
I have hated going to the dentist since I was a child never really being happy with any. Well today proved to be the best dentist day ever! Malcolm is very professional explaining everything he was doing in such a friendly manner and Maria his assistant is hands down the best suction girl ever! I never once felt like I was gagging and drowning on the water pick I can honestly say my confidence with Dental South is through the roof I will actually now not freak out about going to the dentist and look forward to getting my teeth in the best condition thank you Malcolm and Maria
Dr Malcolm is a very professional and reassuring dentist. From the first check up I knew I wanted to continue to with him. I am not fond of visiting dentists but one tooth needed some work immediately. I was able to remain composed due to his reassurances and explanations.
Very caring and professional practice. So glad I switched to them. Previous dentist in the area had made me feel like no more than $$$ in the seat. Dental South couldn't be more different, from initial contact with the office team to make the booking, the appointment itself, and clerical staff again re settlement and booking follow up appointment. Looking forward to a long term ongoing relationship making sure my dental health is well managed. Dr Mamta was fabulous. Absolutely recommend.
I truly can't fault my experience with Dr Linda Jia. I had a fair bit of dental anxiety and had been avoiding the dentist for years knowing I would need a wisdom tooth out. Linda was so understanding and made sure I had a positive experience during my first appointment. I just returned to have my wisdom tooth extracted. She explained what to expect next throughout the procedure, and gave me plenty of breaks and check-ins. It sounds surprising to say but she was very gentle with my tooth extraction and so far the recovery has been excellent, with very minimal pain. I'm so appreciative, thanks so much Dental South team.
