I would really like to thank Robertson Dental Innovations. I have been attending the Sternberg St Clinic, My dental anxiety is extremely high, to the point where I started crying on the phone when I made my appointment. Dr Vanam and his lovely assistant i have forgotten her name are just amazing. They have made sure I am comfortable and coping right the way through. My anxiety is still there, but I am not petrified of walking in now. I have zero hesitation in recommending Dr Vanam to anyone, his approach, his manner and the calmness he radiates is absolutely next level amazing.
The initial check up for my 11 & 12 year olds was a very efficient, pleasant and thorough experience. All staff were very friendly & welcoming, the premises bright, clean and comfortable. My children both said they were excited to go back to their next appts which were conveniently booked for the next day. A service I would highly recommend to others & especially for chidren who may be a little on the anxious side.
The most amazing dental service.
Rebecca "Bec' was fantastic. Thorough explanation of what she was doing and why, gentle realistic advice to 13 and 10 year olds, and clear, in advance advice about future needs and prices. Fantastic experience. Happy to say they're 'our' dentist.
