Not a good plan to get a hole in your tooth and start a painful infection the week before Christmas.  However, despite the fact that I hadn't been attending Dental HQ for about 6 years, they kindly juggled their schedule to fit me in. I needed an extraction which was done promptly and as gently as possible. The following day I got a call to check that I was doing OK. I'm blown away by this amazing service and will be attending regularly from now on. So grateful to be pain free.

Best ever dental experience!  and I'm old, so years of dentists. Frances is gentle, respectful, thorough in all her work. Her staff are polite, friendly, helpful and gentle when assisting  Frances. Thank you.

memories of long ago made me anxious but i was put at ease by Francis who gave me a thorough briefing of the extraction procedure which was absolutely painless for my two front teeth.Now the next day and no pain! so fortunate .I recommend this team At dental HQ for caring proffessional service with personal empathy

I totally enjoyed my first visit to dental hq. Shelley put me at ease and talked to me about what was happening while doing my dental check and spoke to me about where to next with possible options. I travel from Tauranga to visit Dental HQ. People ask me why I travel that extra hour...the answer is simple. I used to dread the dentist, but I feel that Ian and the team are knowledgeable thoughtful, caring and ensure I feel comfortable at all times. I always leave smiling. Thanks Dental HQ!
