Five stars experience. A huge appreciation to Dr Bianca, Dr Vivian and Dr Toni, they all have been very professional and caring. The facility is beautiful and top notch level. I got my six teeth smile make over, one root canal and one Mary land bridge done with DB peninsula, cannot be happier. Bianca has completed my initial consultation and made a perfect plan with me. Toni spent few appointments for my root canal ensure everything done properly. Special thanks to Vivian, provided excellent care for my smile make over. She is not just a dentist but an artist, the patient and perfectionist she demonstrated was outstanding. I loved the communication DB provided, they are considering what customers needs and satisfaction. Also loved watching Netflix during my appointments, it really helped me ease my anxiety. I found all of the staff so warm & professional. Fiona who helped with my finance was incredible. She made the entire process seamless & was such a fantastic support & pleasure to work with.nnMy dentist John was literally amazing! I felt a bit nervous before the procedure, but that quickly disappeared once I was in his care & presence. His professionalism left no room for any fears or doubts , & I felt really safe & assured that all was going to turn out perfectly.nnI’m over the moon with my new smile. It actually surpassed my expectations, & I’m blown away by the impeccable quality of John’s dental artistry. I met Dr Bianca at Dental Boutique Mornington in February this year. We decided on a full set of four on dental implants. It was a longer than usual process as Dr Bianca is a perfectionist and wanted to make sure I was completely happy with the end result. Making sure they were the right shape, size, colour and were centred in my mouth properly. I am delighted with the outcome and can’t thank Dr Bianca enough for her caring and patience in making everything perfect! Every staff member at the Mornington centre were wonderful in making my journey as pleasant as possible.
I had a great experience at Dental Boutique. I was nervous about getting my teeth done, but I’m so glad I did! From the moment I arrived, the receptionist was friendly and welcoming, which helped me feel more comfortable.nnDr. Kathy Song was amazing. She listened to my concerns and explained everything clearly. She was gentle and careful, which made me feel less anxious. Highly recommend Dental Boutique in Mornington. Dr. Josh worked a miracle on my new smile, and nothing was too much for him and the team at the clinic.nThe staff were welcoming and always did their best to make accommodations to help with the long distance 4hours travelled to appointments.nI only wish I had done it sooner and will recommend it to anyone looking to enhance/improve their smile.
