Came for breakfast. Honestly these meals are huge. You get value for money here. We took home alot of left overs and containers are easily accessible for customers. We were promptly seated and given a nice booth. Our order was taken quickly and food arrived with no delays. Its quite busy here and I think that's really great. It's quite tired looking decor but is made up by easy parking great friendly staff and good food. Smoothies and milkshakes were YUM! Kid-friendliness: Homely atmosphere. Great kid menu free mon-weds for under 10s !! Parking: You need to get a permit from reception and place this in your windscreen. Parking is behind the restaurant.

Its 2022, so this review depends on which staff and manager in charge of the quality of customer service in the restaurant. Cleanliness of restaurant is okay. Meals come hot on the plate so that is good. However some of our desserts that are meant to be served hot were not like the Hot Fudge cake. It was kinda late because it already came served with a cold ice-cream on the side, so I just had to eat it like that or ask them to serve me a new one.

Service was quick and staff were friendly. Food came quickly we had breakfast. Eggs, bacon and French toast were nice. Sausages did not taste very nice unfortunately. Milkshake was decent as well. Portions are quite large, but we found it was quite expensive for what it was.

Treated my girls to late Dennys dinner and they were not disappointed. Our waiter was lovely and the food was good. Also the toilets were so clean and my youngest said they smelt good lol. was a great end to our great day out in the city.

Still the realiable 24hr to go to place... We love the all-day-breakfast offerings. Huge serving as usual but will not break the pocket. NZ Covid 19 protocols were observed and followed

Food was good. The curry served was indian curry. I got a shock when my fish and chips was served. The portion was big. Service was good though we waited quite a while for our food to be served. Family restaurant. Kid-friendliness: It's a family restaurant.

Yikes, what happened to this place? I used to enjoy coming here for the booths and burgers, but not after tonight. The coke was flat and lukewarm, it tasted like it came from a leftover McDonald’s cup. The fries were completely dried out and flavourless. I would have used the salt shaker if there wasn’t brown gunk smeared over the holes. The burger was as bad as the fries. Luckily I stopped eating after a couple bites because my stomach started to ache the next hour. The staff I complained to was very understanding and friendly however. Oh also the TV which plays Ch200 too loud, has the sound cut out every 10 or so seconds. And the booth cushions are either covered in dirt or ripped apart.

Came here a few years ago and the experience was memorable - unfortunately the service has become quiet run down and needs attention. Venue would benefit from some funding to revamp the facilities - also only 2 staff on during a weekend and seemed strapped as it was busy. Other than that food was good and priced were reasonable for what we got

Took my family of 7 kids to have lunch here, spent over 200 dollars to feed them after a day out at the sky tower. The presentation for the drinks was nice. However, the food was not worth it and my kids ended up leaving alot of their food behind. I'm usually a positive critic going places, but I can honestly say that I won't be spending my money here because of the food and not because of their staff because they were lovely.I order pancakes for the kids and the kids complained that it was yuck, I did however had a nice lamb shank on mash and my brother loved the meat roll but the vege salad was not enjoyable , the veges didn't look fresh and pineapple looked like it came out of a can. The best thing I could take from here was the view that it had looking out to the sky tower and street was enjoyable for the kids . Parking is available on the side of the complex and there is a lift onsite for wheelchair access

Food was great - serving sizes are quite big. Service staff were very friendly :-
