It was a weekday and not busy at all. Took a while for them to serve us, but our food arrived quite promptly. I ordered the Thai Warm Beef Salad and my partner had the Ribs. Both of us enjoyed our meals immensely. I had wanted to try the Boston Ginger Beer that was on the menu, but they didn't have it, so I had to order a Peach drink, it was nice and refreshing. The venue is decorated with war memorabilia and a nice motorbike. There was seating outside but we decided to sit indoors as it was too warm for us with the baby.
Good dinner option in Denmark especially during the week when things are a little quieter. Fast and professional service, good food at a reasonable price. Inside dinning or out in the large beer garden. Plenty of off street parking available.
Had gone there for lunch today and found food to be ok! My pasta was yummy however ordered parmigiana got schnitzel which usually we don't mind but it didn't taste that great! Ambience and atmosphere is lovely
Today I ate a small portion of Thai Beef salad and sweet wine Happy Fushia. The food is delicious, the environment is clean, there is space for children to play, and there are birds and fish around. It is very suitable for enjoying a leisurely lunch on the holiday!
Fantastic restaurant Great value meal Very satisfied Best fresh battered shark I’ve had thin and crispy Nice warm atmosphere inside with a big children’s play area outside to entertain the little ones Over all a well positioned tavern and restaurant with a rustic timber charm I found very appealing My only gripe Some staff seemed uninterested in there patrons and could try to be a little more welcoming
Always a good value and food venue. Mixed bag as far as service goes though, nobody keeping an eye on the counter when customers are waiting to give their orders. Tourism is a big industry in this part of the world and training is essential for staff to provide the best service otherwise it was OK for a country pub, been to a lot worse.
Was a great end to our evening to relax in front of the fire, chat with the locals and enjoy the company. Staff were friendly, funny and patient. Prices were good! BYO darts for the multitude of dart boards.
Great pub! Good music, great atmosphere, great set up. Pet friendly. Cold beers. Food looked good, well have to go back to try it. Highly recommend. I think you'd want to get their early on a weekend or School hols though!
Great traditional tavern with tasty and generous serves. Recommend booking as this is a popular venue, for good reasons.
Awesome! Have definitely 'upped' their game in the last year. Meal came out within 10mins of ordering. Beautiful food, even the stock standard salad that comes with the meal. Went for lunch and sat outside, good amount of shade, good atmosphere and playground for the kids.
