Every time I need to get a hold of my lawyer, she is always extremely busy! When I am frustrated trying to seek legal advice my lawyer isn’t always there to help me, most of the time the phone goes to voicemail I have not been happy with this law firm for quite some time now. And they’re legal advice doesn’t really help my situation. So 2 stars for me.

Poor counsel, and terrible communication especially when it came to fees.  Swapping of lawyers half way through due to their staff leaving, ... woopee weren't we the lucky ones.

Excellent family law and general law firm - I refer lots of private clients to the firm. The lawyers are all positive and easy to relate to. The location is by the manukau court. The prices for clients are reasonable and there is a large team. Recommended.

One of the worst experiences of my life. We paid thousands of dollars for nothing. Never did I have to chase somebody so often to get them on the phone like I had to do it with Fiona Cowan. The end of the story was: After telling us dozens of times that we did not need to worry Fiona did not show up for the court appointment but sent a completely inexperienced colleague who was not involved in the case before. We were subsequently steamrolled by the other side...
