Love the cinema but parking prices are prohibiting me from regularly attending. We watched a movie, had a bite to eat at the Indian restaurant, used the parking voucher and was hit with a $20 parking fee - more than cost of movie!! Please do something about this as I do like going to the Dendy. And no, I don’t want to catch the tram.
Good older style Cinema. Booked tickets online, easy. We were in cinema 6 and were expecting recliners - this cinema didn’t have them so watching a 3hr 17 min movie was sitting up straight was somewhat uncomfortable. I did try to find information online to see if the sears reclined but couldn’t find any. Apparently recliners are only at certain cinemas. Parking isn’t free, you can validate your parking ticket for up to 2 hours and anything after that is standard rates. Clean toilets, premium cinema section to purchase alcohol and food, they also have comfortable seats in the waiting area. Lift access for anyone with disabilities. Nice and quiet not hectic like events cinemas. Highly recommend. Tickets for 2 adults were $40, $24 for large pop corn and large drinks. $8.50 each for choc tops and parking cost us $8. We will head back again for $10 Tuesdays.
they were playing strangers by ethel cain at 3pm. tapped in. love how the chairs aren’t sticky and cineversaries r the best thing ever. love the cards to write in after a movie. loved watching mulholland drive and blue velvet a while back. dendys is the best!
Great little cinema, hard to fault. Even thought some of the cinemas have 5 rows the middle rows are a good ratio away from the screen. The only downside is the parking should be free for all movie goers, not matter how long you spend there.
It's our favourite cinema. Great movies, always good music in the lobby, friendly staff and I love that I can leave my own little reviews.
