Being new to Perth, I was very lucky to chance upon Demon Detailing on my first attempt of finding a car-detailing business. These guys are friendly and do their best to provide a car aesthetic solutions and advice. I am a huge car enthusiast and very OCD by nature, so big credits to these guys for gaining my trust to let them clean/detail and handle my car.

***Warning to all!!!*** I got my Land Cruiser interior detailed there as I was preparing it to be sold. As I was working away (fifo) I rang them up and organised for someone at Demon Detailing to pick up and drop my vehicle off. I asked if they could do the interior and the engine bay. They rang up my wife after they'd had it for one day saying they needed it for another day longer. I figured they must've been quite busy as the inside wasn't really that bad. Anyway, the next day came and they delivered it. I rang my wife up that night and said "how is it" and she replied "the battery is almost flat and the steering feels like a tank!" I had someone interested in buying my car coming over later that evening the day I flew back from work. I got home to find that my battrey was not only flat but the power steering belt was gone, the alternator belt was gone and the air conditioning belt was twisted plus the fuel pump was pissing out with fuel! I live about a 4 or 5 minute drive from this Demon Detailing place! Not only that where the belts had busted off there was a gapping huge hole in the hood lining where the fan belts had ripped through them!! I rang up the detailers mobile (this is their only business number) and after numerous calls they wouldn't anwser their phone so I text them to call me, her responce was 'Whats it concerning? ' Anyways, after another 4 or 5 times she finally anwsered her phone and said shes on a week off and she will get the office to call me! Thing was, the day I'd organised to get it detailed I had spoke to the lady who was about to have a week off and it wasn't her! After speaking to her she told me they didn't do the engine bay as she was the one who detailed it. So I asked her who drove the car back to my place, and she said a young guy in his mid 20's! When originally organising the detail I had requested that no young males drive my car as my car has a big 350 chev in it and is quite fast and loud! Not only that they put so much tyre black on the tyres that 3 days later when I got home they were still wet! Plus the wheel archers (the car had a polish the week before) had a large film on them from the tyre black!! And,, may I add,, once my car was delivered home they left every door unlocked! And 'Apparently' the young guy had not reported to his boss that the belts blew off when delivering the car back to my place! Even if he didnt hear the loud bang they would've caused surely he would've noticed the cars steering turn from easy to as heavy as a tank!!! Bastard of a thing is, I have no leg to stand on to try and recover the $300 it cost me to repair the car!! Its a game of he says she says!! One Seriously Pissed off customer!!!! So be warned!!! Not a very professional bunch of people!!!! Definitely go somewhere else!!!!!
