Very happy with Delux Party Hire and with Craig and Alison. They organized the marquee, tables, chairs, stage, lighting so that our retirement celebration Oct 2022 went off without a hitch. The team setting up and clearing were very accommodating and easy to deal with. All round, they did a great job.
The best thing I ever did was hire from Delux Party Hire for my Christmas entertaining : Dinner sets, cutlery and glassware for 12 was so easy, so affordable and the best part - all matching and classy looking on my table setting without any worry that I wouldn't have enough. We even used it all over again the next day for a Boxing Day dinner party and once again it made hosting large crowds SO much EASIER! Thank you!! We've also hired party gear from this great family business before and the service is SECOND TO NONE - the only hire company we'd use in Hervey Bay :

Craig was so helpful and easy to talk to and open to discuss our needs for Mum’s 70th birthday celebrations. We hired out tables and chairs and all were delivered and picked up with no problems. I’ve always used Delux for my events and will continue to do so for future events. Thanks team!

What a fabulous company to deal with! Their pricing is competitive and their range of items for hire will cover all aspects of your event. Craig and Allison answered every query and question I threw at them over the 18 months it took to organise my wedding and never once made me feel like I was being a pain even if I was a little bit haha If I was to host another event in the wide bay I would hire them again in a heartbeat! I encourage everyone at the very least to give them a call and have a chat to them about what you need, I have no doubt they’ll be able to help and at an affordable price.

Absolutely effortless and great experience! Alison and Craig were fantastic to deal with, gave perfect advice, very efficient, prompt with responding to emails - even on a weekend away! The delivery and pick up times were spot on, delivery guys were super helpful and happy. Our marquee was waterproof despite a couple of torrential showers on Christmas Day! All equipment was in good condition and worked well. Thanks very much Delux Party Hire, our day was made!
