My fiancé custom ordered my stunning engagement ring from Delross Design Jewellers. I am absolutely amazed by the quality and beauty of my ring and I receive so many compliments on it! It is truly unique and gorgeous and I am in such awe of it!
I contacted Maraeka back in September when I was looking to get a custom engagement ring made for my now fiancé. I had consultations with a few different jewellers in the area but Maraeka was well above the rest. Her professionalism, knowledge and amazing customer service was spectacular. The whole process was smooth and transparent even for someone completely new to the complicated world of diamonds I felt a lot of trust in that I was being provided the best information possible. She assessed my design and budget and provided some spectacular options and I could not be happier with the final result. My fiancé is over the moon with the ring, it is absolutely stunning and everything we could have dreamed of. Matching the design I had perfectly and completely within the budget provided. Thanks again Maraeka for such an amazing experience!

The marquise diamond from my existing engagement ring was used and Maraeka sourced the most exquisite trillion diamonds to complete the vision for my ring. I could not be happier with it. I cried when I saw my absolutely stunning ring, that Maraeka helped design & bring to life for me. It is such a sentimental piece, featuring a central citrine my mother brought back from overseas for me when she went to do her postgrad, & diamonds from the rings I bought with my first paycheck fresh out of uni. Maraeka really took the time to understand what I liked, suggested the most beautiful way to showcase the stone, & helped me pick the right golds. The render was lovely, but seeing it in real life was spectacular. From the high set style, to the tapered band & scalloped edges, it's such a stunning piece I'll be happy to pass on to my children. Incredibly grateful for Maraeka and the team at Delross! I recently had some of my Mum's gold jewellery made into a wedding band for me. They took excellent care at crafting the ring and were great at communicating with me. I couldn't be happier with how it turned out.
The staff at Delross were fantastic from the beginning in helping me create an Engagement Ring. Everything was explained in an easy to understand manner and they worked with me on the budget by helping me choose which metals and stones would work with the needs of the ring and the design. Great staff who want to help and answer any questions, big thank you to the staff at Delross.
Not competent to do jewellery restorations. We took a 150yo family heirloom in to get restored. The ring needed a number of things done and Maraeka seemed confident that they were up to the task. On receiving the ring back the work seemed very heavy handed and there were a number of things discussed that were not completed, 2 diamond settings disappeared without consultation, rhodium plating was put on without consultation and the ring wasn’t resized. They offered to try and fix the ring but we obviously have no confidence in their ability to do so. They then offered a small refund which only covers about half of what it’s going to cost to get a competent jeweller to restore the ring properly.
I have had quite a few different things done at this jeweller and Maraeka has always looked after me. With great service and attention to details Maraeka has exceeded my expectations every time leaving my jewellery looking better than ever. I am really happy I found Delross Jewellers and I confidently recommend them to anyone. Massive thanks to Maraeka and the team.
The team at Delross did an amazing job with our pre-engagement 'W' pendant and chain. It turned out so perfectly and I love how they've hand-engraved our future wedding date on the 'W'. So in love with it! Thank you for creating such a special piece of jewellery for us.
Thank you to Maraeka and the Delross team for making me the most beautiful Acquamarine and six diamond ring. Maraeka designed such a beautiful piece using some existing gold and diamonds and finding the perfect acquamarine. I could not be happier with the result.
