Amazing brownies and a high quality cake. I ordered online for pick up, which was very easy with many options to choose from.  They’re sweet and perfect with a hot cup of coffee.  They didn’t have a big enough bag since the hamper was in a pretty big box so I’d recommend delivery if you’re not within walking distance or are picking up multiple things.

If you’re looking for a heavenly brownie, Dello Mano is where you need to go. I was hooked after one brownie, I kept coming back to buy more whenever I could. When a birthday in my family rolls in, I make it a point to get a cake from here. I’ve sung praises for Dello Mano because they deserve it! Their dessert range speaks for itself.

Such a lovely cake store. I believe you can have your urgent order here with perfect present. Simply select, order and pickup in CBD. The owner will even send a warm email to you for supporting their small business which is not commonly seen now. My red velvet cake is in a rich flavour with very beautiful look as real as shown on their website. Highly recommended and you won’t be disappointed.

Once you taste their cake, you don’t want to any other cake for your birthday or your husband’s. We’ve bought our birthday cake for four years. delicious.

Try the Jewel Box. It’s a bit like eating fairy dust. You will hardly be able to believe it’s real, it’s that good. Only YOU are actually partaking in this divinity. Sooooo yummy. You will also get glittering gold paint from the jewels on your sticky fingers. Go on, lick it off. Thankyou, Dello Mano!!!!

If you are after divinity in a cake, this is it. I’ve never had a slice of cake this good in Australia, before now the best cake I have eaten was in NYC but this is even more gorgeous. Don’t hesitate just buy your cakes from these amazing lovely folks who took so much care to make a perfect delivery too. Thankyou so much ! This cake is fit for royalty. What a truly marvellous family business.

Extremely disappointed with the service. Ordered online and never heard anything back. Tried calling and even sent text message but nothing. Giving the company the benefit of the doubt and hoping that my birthday cake will be ready for pick up and Wintergarden, only to be told that the cake isn’t available and that someone should have contacted me. Surprise surprise, i didn’t get any email nor phone call in regards to this. Was looking forward to having my birthday cake only to find out that it wasn’t available.

My nephew in the UK ordered a box of brownies to be delivered to us for Christmas. Didn’t arrive until today & there were no brownies but a melted bag of truffles that doesn’t look very edible. The brownies are usually very nice so this is very disappointing and Toll’s delivery is atrocious. We were at home but they didn’t bother to ring the bell & just left it on the doorstep. Not impressed. I hope you give my nephew a full refund.

Responsive online communication when I was considering which gluten-free cake option to buy for a birthday gathering. I bought the cake on Tuesday, it was made overnight Friday and was ready for pickup from Wintergarden on Saturday morning right on time, service with a smile. Plentiful Easter gift packages displayed at the walk-up counter were very appealing as well.

We purchased an order for delivery as a birthday present - they confirmed the order three weeks in advance. Now two days late, so I rang to follow up, but the phone is unattended and too full of messages to take any more. As we don’t live in Brisbane we have not been able to ascertain if the business is permanently closed down or just ineffective. Disappointing to see over $80 down the  drain.
