3.7 - Popped in here to see if I could try a Cannoli or two, but apparently the fridge is busted so they didn't have any for me to try! I bought a coffee instead. It was a good creamy one for my Almond Flat White. Asked about when the pastries would be available but understandably, it depends on when the fridge gets serviced... parts to come in etc.

I discovered this place now about 2 years ago. It does make a decent cup of coffee and today we went there for an early lunch. I ordered bacon and eggs which I wanted on the side and they I obliged. The bacon has been consistently delicious over those two years. And the coffee? I give it a 7 out of 10 even though I told the barista at the time 5. The coffee was superbly made and I did get that nice inner aftertaste glow about 5 minutes or so after drinking it.....and I have to add it was great value for money. Also there is a huge range of Italian cold meats and cheeses including cakes becouse it also is a huge deli.. I must say it is my fav for breakfast..bacon and eggs....beware. Breakfast and any other cooked food closes at 1.30pm monday to friday and 11am Saturday when the chef disappears....oh yes. A great selection of cakes too and everything is reasonably priced. I do like my coffee to be just so.

WORST Customer Service. A DISGRACE! Ordered a take away of ricotta cake and staff just put the cake in paper bag, without any box or containers. No matter how careful, the cake fell apart. Called and complained to the manager and he plainly said 'sorry' without any reassurance that this will never happen to other customers again. Please come and visit this cafe to enjoy the lowest standard of Italian deli.

This deli has a comforting and welcoming atmosphere. A variety of imported pantry supplies and fresh produce is available for purchase. If you have any queries, the friendly staff promptly answers with a smile. When you visit this deli, it provides a no-fuss experience to place an order at the counter and sit at the table on pavement. Best suited for a sit-down on a sunny-day in winters to enjoy a cup of coffee or breakfast. I had the joy of indulging in their baked delights and can vouch for the Caramel Chocolate Mud Cake. The freshness of cake provided an unbeatable taste! Moist dark chocolate sponge cake was complementing the soft and sweet chocolate butter-cream filling and the icing on the cake was a salted caramel ganache. Sinful to indulge in yet a must have if you want a fresh chocolate cake which is not too sweet but has a robust chocolate flavour. I suggest it with a pipping hot latte or long black. It does not hurt to support the local deli as they bring the best and freshest when you wish to have a good time with friends at the Delitalia Gourmet Foods!

Pros: Perfect location with everything around. Buses,parking,other shops all close by. The quality of bakery and coffee is fresh and appealing. Staffs are agile and the gazebo setup is handy. Lost of choices to chose from. Would be back again. Cons: Membership card would be helpful.

This is not funny, Large skiny flat white lucky to be a medium, not happy, Suggest everyone take the lid off and check before you walk away, purchased 12/4/23 - 12.16pm.

Had the worst experience ever this morning. My colleague picked up some hot chocolates this morning which had multiple cockroaches in it which my colleague had a sip and ended up with one in her mouth. I am a vegetarian and thank heavens did not drink it or else I would be violently sick and throwing up. We made a call about it which Anthony picked up and was very apologetic about and asked to return which we did and were treated with the utmost disrespect that you could imagine from the staff claiming that it WAS NOT their fault and that they don't make the chocolate powder. The staff was extremely rude and hostile and did not even offer to refund. It was unprofessional and a health safety issue which the staff refused to acknowledge let alone apologize. Anthony however was kind and apologetic and even caught up after us to refund. Thank you Anthony for being so kind to us

Hubby and I decided to check out our local cafe, and this place looked really busy with people lining up to order breakfast. And it definitely doesn't disappoint; breakfast was huge. Coffees are good too, and when your done with breakkie feel free to wander around inside for Italian delicacies. Service is friendly, and just next door is a popular bakery. Will definitely be back.

Nice Italian Deli with good selection of meat and cheese at reasonable prices. They also have a nice gelato cake. They serve coffee and cakes at the front but I have not tried

I would have give 5 star for the variety of Italian products. I was really excited to see so much nice food that I used to eat growing up in Rome,the disappointment is that I went there on purpose to buy percorino romano but when I arrived at home I soon realised that it looked too yellow and grainy, definetely not pecorino but a cheap Australian parmesan cheese .
