OMG!!!!! I was washing my hands and 1 of the serving girls left the toilets without washing her hands. So I followed her and saw that she worked at deli fresco. She proceeded to help package up the endof day food then went and wash hands. Well if your wondering why your feeling sick....

Excellent customer and produce. Works hate to advise customers on food selection. Fromager d'Affinois Le Campagnier made in France is the best Brie cheese ever. Fromager d'Affinois Le Fromager is the 2nd best.
Bought Presswurst at $40.00kg - crazy price but I LOVE a good Presswurst. Their’s is soooo bad. Too much gelatine and slices too thick and pre-sliced which is probably not a good idea, result; chewy, thick, unappetising slices of meaty stuff. Add the grumpy/weary service and it’s a no return for me.
French people and other raclette lovers, be careful the raclette cheese that they sell from now is not raclette anymore. Super hard, taste less and with holes in it. It’s more like an emmental cheese which obviously doesn’t melt well for raclette! Sad because I’ve been a loyal customer for over 3 years and unfortunately I’ll have to find another place…
Worst service ever. The loud mouthed woman in this deli needs to be shamed. Ask for 1kg and gives you 1.4kgs and expects you to pay for it. Wouldnt touch them
Disgraceful service from a loud mouthed know all woman, extremely dodgy produce, certainly not fresh daily by any means!! Outrageous prices, avoid if you are looking for quality believe me, I am a European trained chef.
Bought buckwheat, it looked as usual. But when cooked there were maggots everywhere. Came back to return it, showed pictures of it, and while talking to me, a shop assistant lais refund cash banknotes I paid by card, but never mind them takes them back. Once he done talking, I asked if could I have my money, he replied that I had already. When I said, no I didn't, he looked at me if I were laying or smth, lol, just 19 bucks, still embarrassing. Not to mention the look other shop assistants gave me. Then he goes to check CCTV, and returns with money to say I was right, lol. Not a nice way to treat customers!

Very very rude and very bad customer service.Another bad thing they do is give you more than you asked for so they can overcharge you! It has happened to me too many times at this deli and after yet again another recent unfriendly encounter i won't be back again!
