Very poor service. Paid $25 for buffet and had to eat just rice and sweet butter chicken as they didn't topped up anything else. Chicken in butter chicken was cold inside. So dissatisfied. Will never visit again.
Lovely Indian restaurant, food is authentic, buffet system is available. Garlic naan is a must try. Great ambience, reasonable pricing.
They don’t seal their food properly. Do not order Uber from them. I have the multiple Uber receipts for each one they screw up. And driver has to clean up everytime. Here’s an idea, how about use a cling film to every container? Or foil up every container???? Never ordering from here again. Plain stupid.
Delhi 6 has good food, but I refuse to go there to pickup a meal as they are consistently late. Last night my wife went to pickup our meal, was told 25 minutes, then asked how realistic is that time and they said to make it 35 minutes. She got there right on time and still had to wait an extra 40 minutes for our food. This isn’t a once off, it is consistent. That is the last time we order here. I’m not sure what is going on with the staff, but there always seems to be 3 ladies trying to figure out what goes into each bag for the takeaway orders.
I am a big fan of food in Delhi 6 . The chefs arw doing a great job but the service needs a lot of improvement. The first time I ordered food for pick up phone the food was not ready and when I arrived the lady in the shop told that they did not received any call . The second time I ordered on uber eats they missed one dish . When I called the restaurant the lady said they don't cook that dish in there restaurant and it is from another restaurant. The food is good but service needs a lot of improvement
Walked into the restaurant and the water made eye contact with us and walked away. We had to approach the waiter and ask for a table for 2. After opting for the buffet option for $25/ person, the food was stale, cold, and lacked in flavour. The team working there didn't even top up the food as people were eating. The waitress 'forgot' to bring us water too. After the meal, my mother started feeling extremely sick 3-4 hours later, she was up all night vomiting and experiencing feverish symptoms. The Doctor confirmed that it was food poisoning. Never going back to this restaurant again. There are so many better Indian Restaurants to choose from and everything was poor here including the customer service, ambience, and food itself.
The restaurant is a hidden gem with a fantastic buffet spread featuring plenty of variety and delicious dishes my personal favourite being the Lamb Rogan Josh. The staff are warm and welcoming, making the dining experience even more enjoyable. The seating is comfortable, and the restaurant is spotlessly clean and nicely decorated. Overall, this restaurant is deserving of 5 stars.
Nice place but I felt the staff could do better. She was bit slow and the sweet wasn’t that great. I been there before and that time I found their sweets far better in quality.
don’t know why this restaurant a advertises that curry’s can be mild spice. They must make a huge batch and give it to everyone who orders no matter if they ask for a specific spice. not once have they made my order mild like i have asked for, far too much spice, can’t even taste the flavour. every time we order there is something missing yet we are always charged for it.
The food wasn’t bad but the service is. We ordered via Menulog. As it was over $100 for our order when it said delivered we were slightly concerned when it was not at our house. When I rang the store to ask the women was really rude and hung up once. I understand this is a Menulog / Driver issue but to be rude over the phone isn’t really needed. The food was nice. I was not a fan of the lamb cutlets but really enjoyed the goat korma. Unfortunately we won’t order again as we can get nice food and great service elsewhere
