Never had a worse milkshake in my entire life, it has made me and my friend feel extremely sick. When we approached the counter to ask for a refund after 2 sips they refused and made us another #shitshake.

If you walk in an hour before their advertised closing time, they will tell you that they have shut off hot food. When replying that it's fine you just want a cold sandwich, they will look at you like you just asked if it was okay for your pet to deficate on their counter and proceed to tell you that their sandwiches are dry. 
I'd suggest either training your staff or keep website up to date.
