Don't come when they say. No contact, apology or rebooking. Repairs that don't last. Has been going on for over a month now. "Waiting for parts"...there is nowhere in the world that takes that long to ship parts. Now they won't answer the phone... visited shop and they had closed sign up despite being before 5:00 (posted closing time) Spoke to manufacturer and besides initial logging of job have had no contact with Deens... parts were never ordered. They were of the belief that all was good. "Shop local"... Why???

Poor customer service. Unreasonable delays with no communication. Yes, got the "waiting on parts" mantra. Also had a door slammed on me, and told I wasn't the only person wanting repairs. Noted new damage to side of appliance and electrical plug when I collected it. Will not return. Thankfully there are other options in Gympie now.

Have tried calling 45 times within an hour with no luck, to find out why for a second time in 3 weeks the guy hasn't come out to fix my dishwasher and fridge under warranty. With no phone calls or anything to say sorry or book an new time. You wait around all day for no call and no one shows up. Very unhappy. I wish there was someone else in town
