I came from Melbourne Uni and visited the Geelong Waterfront Campus for only 1 day. To me as an outlandish visitor, this campus had spectacular ocean view and compact architecture design. I gave only 4 stars to match the current average rating because there were so many reviews that complain about teaching and staffs behaviours.

The Waterfront campus is a beautiful building and definitely the ideal location to study Architecture and the Built Environment! A view like no other!nnIt's stunning accents and light filled spaces make it very easy to feel good on campus. With a solid combination of indoor and outdoor environments for all concerned.nnThe education will be personal preference, but I love their approach to aiding self-guided learning.
Yeah it's a nice place, staff are great but seriously, 0 out of 10 not having a backup generator in case of a power outage. Please get a backup generator! Graduation ceremonies had to be delayed because of the power outage in Geelong and this exposed the fact that Deakin has no backup generators here. The hallways were dark and there were people bumping into each other and one lady even tripped and fell on the floor.
