ordered flowers for my wife never turned up. rang 3 or 4 times same excuse couriers running late. ripped off even if they give money back tainted a special day wouldn't  recommend to  anyone I know

Very happy with the Sugar Pop posy we sent from Brisbane Australia to my sister in Napier New Zealand.  My sister was delighted and after a hiccup my fault it was delivered to her.  My emails were answered promptly and I would definitely use you again.  Thank you.

I do not recommend Dawn Acres Florist. My husband ordered me a surprise bunch of flowers last week for our 4th year wedding anniversary. Traditional 4-year wedding anniversary is flowers/fruit. He called in th morning to make th order and when he arrived home at 5pm th flowers had still not been delivered. He called th florist on three occasions that afternoon who used th courier as an excuse as to th delay. We are located approximately 900m away from where Dawn Acres is situated. I ended up calling th florist at 530 to ask for a refund. Which they have done. However what a huge let down for my husband and myself. Hubby wanted to surprise me and unfortunately Dawn Acres did not provide their service to us. I do not recommend this florist.

I'm so sorry to give you this terrible review because your flowers are lovely, but I couldn't actually buy any. We waited ages in your store and nobody came. My partner went for a walk to try and find somebody and nobody was around at all. It's unfortunate, but you might want to revise how you do business. Thanks anyway.

I phoned just after 2pm one day and asked if the team could help me out by getting some flowers to Haumoana the same day. After consulting with the courier they said YES!!! The flowers were delivered that afternoon and were absolutely beautiful and we were thrilled that they understood the circumstances and went out of their way to help! Highly recommend!

I've used Dawnacres many times and have always been very impressed with the service, efficiency in delivery and the flowers have always been so beautiful.  Cannot fault.  FIVE stars

Lovely friendly ladies & real good hot coffee

My daughter, out of town, ordered a $60 bunch of lillies to be picked up. They consisted of 10 fully closed stems, 2 bits of fern and 1 piece  of palm frond, which didnt sit in bunch at aĺl well. So disappointing and i feel she was ripped off.

Beautiful bouquets and warm, friendly & caring service. Highly recommend

The perfect bunch of flowers were sent to my father.  Adorable!!!  A massive thankyou from us.
