What a gem of a place, brilliant for a summer swim. Fun for kids and adults, there is a sandbar during lowtide and proper lanes for serious swimmers. Or you can just come for some sun. Not too deep but there is plenty of seaweed on the ground, which can put some kids off. Nice service and very affordable.
Nice pools. Lots of space to lay down and relax. A lot of space in the water. Offer hot chips and soft drink at the kiosk. They have eftpos facilities, showers, change rooms and a sandy portion for kids and families. There is sealife in the water like sting rays fish and jellyfish
It’s a national treasure as is Dawn Fraser. I can completely recommend this place a must visit.
what a absolute piece of filth this place this. syringes every where. Water was dirty and not safe for kids.
Lots of room with lots of fish a sting ray and jellyfish. All harmless.
What's nit to love about a ocean pool. Better for your skin and when the tide is down the kids can play in the sand too

I first visited here about 50 years ago, looked a little dreary. Now looking pretty good, much better paint, cleaner pool. Loverly.
Nice spot to relax, take in the view, and go for a dip. Very large swimming area, with varying depth so perfect for laps or playing with kids. Never busy, even on hot weekends. Generally just a local crowd
