Story

David Reid Homes has been creating award-winning homes in the Waikato Region for over 12 years, from south of the Bombay hills down to northern parts of Tokoroa and out to all areas covered by the Matamata Piako District Council.

Creating inspired and beautifully crafted designer homes is what owners Ben & Karina Green are passionate about and they are well deserving of the many top industry awards they have received since the beginning of 2009, including multiple Master Build Awards.

Originally from Wellington before moving to the Waikato in 2006, this husband & wife team have exceptionally high standards when it comes to detail, design and finish and love turning a piece of dirt into a something truly special for their customers. Ben’s successful commercial project management experience combined with his natural perfectionism and hands-on approach, means that he is very outcome focused and undaunted by difficult or challenging building sites.
