Had a nice catch up with my 2 daughters over coffee and food. My spinach and feta was nice and one of my daughters has a toasted sandwich which was so full she could hardly open her mouth wide enough.
I’ve been here with my wife a few times, it is always a very positive experience. Coffee is great, the menu is varied with classics plus some different options. Everything we have ordered has been nice, and although they are busy they are very quick on service and the staff are happy & attentive. We live locally and take time out to visit this cafe. Prices are very reasonable too so it’s true value for money. Vegetarian options: They have lots of vegetarian options from sweet waffles to savoury lunches
Friendly staff, nice coffee. I ordered the Thai Beef salad which was totally disappointing. There were absolutely no Thai flavours of lime, coriander, sesame, ginger, chilli, fish sauce. It's a very basic dressing to make and I was really looking forward to it. There was a load of soy sauce in the bottom of the bowl, the beef was passable but a bit overcooked and dry. Would not recommend this dish if you're a Thai Beef salad fan. Three stars for lovely staff and coffee.
Passing through from Victoria wanted a cafe close to the hunter gateway hotel. Great breakfast reasonably priced great service. Has been hard to find a good coffee so far up here but their coffee is as good as you would get in Melbourne the coffee H/O of OZ
This cafe is a good drop in. A welcome coffee and something to eat. It wasn't busy but staff seemed to occupy themselves chatting. Two other customers were behind me waiting to be served. I was surprised as the staff are usually on the ball.Food: 4/5
Excellent bacon and egg rolls. Fast efficient service. Good prices. Nice coffee and the large really is large. Breakfast available till 2 which I like. Good seection of cakes and pastry if you like. Everyone enjoyed their food here.
The ladies in the kitchen make a mean bushy breakfast wrap, just quality ingredients within but the coffee needs a review please, it’s just not that great and it should be if you’re running a cafe and this is primarily why customers are visiting your cafe. Keep making those breakfast wraps
Wonderful food - definitely worth the price
Popped in here for a quick and easy brunch/lunch. The large coffee is LARGE and made well, and the eggs Benedict was fantastic too. The staff were very busy when I came in but the wait was very reasonable. A great spot to watch the world go by or read a magazine/newspaper they have for customers.
Great food and coffee. Very clean with bath room facilities. Friendly service.Food: 5/5
