We've been taking our son here for swimming lessons for just under 2 years. We love it here. The staff are all so friendly. We've had 2 great instructors so far - Miss Sarah B and Miss Tel. They are both fantastic!
I'm just sitting here and I realised that I've been coming here with my daughter for 3 years now. It's awesome and the staff are amazing. Micky, I think her name is, the admin lady is just the most incredible and understanding administrative officer I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. From sick kids, payment plans and even moral support I can't believe how that woman bends over backwards to make my family and I feel valued.nAll of the instructors are brilliant but Miss Mindy has done so much for my daughter. She has a special way with the younger ones and my daughter always yabbers on about how she loved miss Mindy and swimming. When my daughter went through a bit of a refusal period I couldn't of hoped for a more helpful and guiding teacher.nnAnyway, 5 stars, looking forward to another 10 years of swimming here. Highly recommend.
Love this swimming academy! Little bit pricey but so worth it! My kids have absolutely loved swimming here, and it really doesn't teach them vital lessons about water safety. After just one lesson, my daughter knew to roll over on her back when she slipped face down in the bathtub. My only complaint would be that they could put a little more money into their change rooms, especially since all of their customers are children. But other then that, it's a fantastic academy and I highly recommend!!
Constant issues with DLSA, we left for around a year and decided to give them another go, not even 4 weeks into the year there are already issues.nWhilst most of the teachers are good, we have had nothing but issues with the customer service/reception & bookings.
Nothing but good things to say about the team at DLSA Wilsonton. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, and easy to communicate with.
