Got long black warm not too hot and it was perfect! I liked the roast that they use as a standard but you can choose a different roast if you prefer. If I lived in Perth I'd want to try all their other coffees - milk based, cold brew and nitro but I guess I'll have to wait til next time. Pastries looked beautiful too I did get a cinnamon cruffin so will updare my review later once I have tried it!

From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the level of service and expertise.nnGuilio, in particular, has a deep knowledge of every product in the store. He made thoughtful recommendations based on my preferences, ensuring I made the best choice. His guidance was invaluable, and I couldn't be more pleased with my purchase.nnOnce I selected my new machine and coffee grinder, Marcus stepped in to ensure everything was set up perfectly. He ran me through the entire process, ensuring I was comfortable with my new equipment. His attention to detail and patience made all the difference.nnTo top it all off, I received two kilograms of Kelvin coffee beans, which are fantastic. The Cozza family truly knows their stuff when it comes to coffee, and their dedication to quality is evident in every cup.nnDarkstar Coffee Roasters has once again exceeded my expectations, and I will undoubtedly be back for more. Thank you, Guilio, Marcus, and the Darkstar team, for making my coffee experience extraordinary.
The best service. Andy provided the most comprehensive service for coffee machine, which includes pre delivery testing, in home installation, and etc. highly recommended!!
Booked a 1-1 barista course with Andy for my dad’s birthday always the hardest person for birthday gifts!. He loved it! Andy was a delight and shared his expertise so generously. Dad won’t stop raving about it and we are all very grateful! - thanks Andy!!
