Got long black warm not too hot and it was perfect! I liked the roast that they use as a standard but you can choose a different roast if you prefer. If I lived in Perth I'd want to try all their other coffees - milk based, cold brew and nitro but I guess I'll have to wait til next time. Pastries looked beautiful too I did get a cinnamon cruffin so will updare my review later once I have tried it!

Also tried the croissant and a classic ham and cheese toasties which was also delicious nSuper friendly customer service is always appreciatednIt's very spacious inside with lots of tables available.nAlso noticed there was a designated room for coffee class - would be a fun experience
I cannot express enough how much I recommend Dark Star! Amazzzzzzing coffee, delicious food honestly one of the best breaky burger/rolls I have had in a REALLY long time, and it’s my go-to order everywhere I go. The pastries and cakes are to die for. I am just obsessed and have been recommending them to everyone! I can’t believe I went so long without knowing about them. Thank you for TRULY brewing happiness
